Part I of the CPS Fall 2025 Student Teacher Application will close on Friday, May 9th, 2025 at 5 pm CT (Central Time).
The CPS Student Teaching Team will be hosting the Fall 2025 Student Teacher Orientation from 3:00 pm until 4:30 pm CT (Central Time) via Zoom. A Google Calendar invitation with the Zoom link to Orientation will be sent to all applicants. Attendance is mandatory to at least one Orientation session for all student teachers.

Criminal background check, drug testing, and TB test result requirements.

All P-STEP student teachers who are not employed by CPS should be present at this onboarding session. Please email Shaquita Presley at sdpresley@cps.edu to schedule an alternate time to meet if your school schedule will not accommodate this date and time.
